Mrs. Khan has over 23 years of experience in early childhood education and holds Montessori training along with a Child Development certificate. Inspired by her mother, who taught Montessori for 35 years, she is deeply rooted in the Montessori method and believes children learn best through hands-on, purposeful activities. She is dedicated to creating a calm, welcoming environment where families feel supported and children grow with confidence. Outside of school, she enjoys walking at the beach and learning about different cultures. She even incorporates Montessori principles when spending time with her granddaughter, turning everyday play into rich learning moments.

Ms. Karla has over 16 years of experience working with children ages 4–6. She discovered her passion for early education while volunteering at a child care facility in high school and has been dedicated to the field ever since. She has completed her Child Development units, is certified in CPR and First Aid, and is Montessori trained. Her approach is firm but loving, setting clear expectations while supporting every child with empathy and care. She enjoys watching children grow and takes pride in being a positive influence both inside and outside the classroom. In her free time, she loves reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
